Job Description :

• Assess the clients baseline conditions at their home
• Prioritize care-plan based on client needs
• Implementation of the care planned
• Periodically perform evaluation of the outcome
• Performs recording and reporting accurately
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all the customers
• Act as a mentor for the co-employees
• Maintain good interpersonal relationship with all customers and relatives
• Provide health education for the clients and family
• Protect the equipment of the company
• Act within the limit of scope and services

Required Qualifications :

• GNM
• BSc Nursing
• MSc Nursing
