    Home Visit

    Home care can vastly improve the quality of life for patients who are confined to their homes. Designed to promote physical, psychological, and social well-being of the client, home care visits take care of the needs of the client as well as their family members. Regular home visits can be scheduled for 2-3 hours per day or will be customised based on the needs of the clients.

    Our professional services include assessing the patient’s needs, developing a plan of care based on specific requirements and implementation of nursing care. Routine planned tasks will focus on assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, grooming and feeding, and medication administration including intravenous infusions, wound care/ dressing changes, and other such tasks.

    Live-in Home Care

    Patients who are chronically ill require specialised 24*7 assistance in their own homes. We offer live-in home care during the daytime and at night, which includes care activities such as physical assessment, change of wound dressing, insertion and removal of catheters like intravenous, urinary and nasogastric tube and so on. The care is also extended to management of physical activities, nutritional management, medication management, investigations like blood, urine and stool, sputum etc. Supervisory visits and health education to the patient and family members are also a part of this service.

    Patients who are unable to visit a hospital will benefit from home visits by qualified and experienced doctors. Expert doctors will visit your home for personal consultations and discussions on care plans. Life-threatening emergencies will also be taken care of, on an SOS basis.
